Fabrizio joined NACTO in 2015. As a program manager, he coordinates the work of the Global Designing Cities Initiative in Bogotá while participating in the initiative’s efforts in Fortaleza and the other cities of the program. He is one of the core authors of the Global Street Design Guide and brings to the team five years of experience as a designer in two nationally and internationally recognized practices based in Paris where he addressed sustainability and mobility issues in transit oriented developments and eco-districts in France and worldwide.
He graduated from the post-graduate Master of Urban Design at UC Berkeley and previously obtained a Master in City and Regional Planning from the Paris School of Planning. Fabrizio is passionate about cities and curious about developing ways for making them more livable, inclusive and sustainable. He is Italian, born and raised near Milan and has lived in Paris, Montreal, Valencia, and San Francisco.
