Fabrizio Prati

NACTO Title: Program Associate, Global Designing Cities Initiative
Fabrizio Prati

Fabrizio is an urban designer with a background in city planning. He recently graduated from the Master of Urban Design at UC Berkeley and previously obtained a Master in City and Regional Planning from the Paris Institute of Planning in 2008. In his academic career, he has been concentrating on the field of alternative mobility, sustainable planning and design as well as resiliency. He worked for about five years in two preeminent design and planning firms in Paris, where he addressed sustainability and mobility issues in transit oriented developments and eco-districts in France and internationally.

Fabrizio is passionate about cities and curious about learning and developing ways for making them more livable, inclusive and sustainable. He is Italian, born and raised near Milan and has lived in Paris, Montreal, Valencia, and the Bay Area.
