Linda Bailey is the Executive Director of NACTO. Prior to this position, she was the federal policy advisor for New York City Department of Transportation for six years, where she was also a key advisor for NACTO. She has been working in U.S. transportation policy for 14 years, with a career that has spanned research, advocacy, and implementation, always focusing on sustainability within the transportation sector.

Aaron Villere

Aaron Villere joined NACTO as a Fellow in 2015, and is now a Program Associate with the Designing Cities Initiative. He is working with NACTO cities to expand resources, case studies, and peer learning opportunities. Aaron is currently supporting roll-out of the Transit Street Design Guide, including working directly with cities to develop projects through the Transit Program Accelerator.

Corinne Kisner

Corinne Kisner is the Director of Policy and Special Projects at NACTO. In this role, she facilitates networks of peer cities working to build safe, sustainable transportation systems and active cities through better street design and transportation policy. Corinne directs and manages the annual Designing Cities conference and facilitates city policy initiatives on issues such as Vision Zero, planning for self-driving vehicles, and integrating green stormwater infrastructure into multi-modal street design. Corinne also oversees NACTO’s communications, external partnerships, and leadership development program for city transportation officials.
